1. Start from the food ordering demo and branch setup 0:00

  • Open the Wigza food ordering site demo.
  • Note that the site can support one or multiple branches from this screen.
  • Enter the food demo area to begin configuring the ordering flow.

2. Organize products into menu categories 0:05

  • Products are already grouped into categories such as:
    • Burgers
    • Pizzas
    • Food and snacks
  • These categories can be rearranged as needed to match the business setup.

3. Add menu items and configure modifiers 0:14

  • Add items to the menu, such as:
    • Tikka chicken burger
    • Large burger option
    • Cheese and ham
    • Snacks / knickknacks
    • Cappuccino
  • Set up custom modifiers for items where needed.
  • Use modifiers to adjust options like size or other product variations.

4. Proceed to checkout and choose fulfillment type 0:40

  • Move to checkout after adding items.
  • Choose between:
    • Collection
    • Delivery
  • If delivery is selected, tips can also be included.

  • Review the order summary at checkout.
  • Optionally apply loyalty deductions.
  • Complete payment using supported methods such as:
    • PayFast
    • Add Pay

6. Track the order after payment 1:02

  • After payment, the order enters progress and tracking.
  • The system waits for a driver to be assigned.
  • The WigzaGo platform can be used for delivery handling and tracking.

7. Driver claims the order and updates status 1:11

  • Refresh the order view to see available delivery actions.
  • A driver can claim the order.
  • Once claimed, the order shows the driver as assigned.

8. Mark pickup, out-for-delivery, and delivered 1:19

  • The driver collects the order.
  • Update the status to collected and then out for delivery.
  • If tracking is enabled in the app, the customer can see the full delivery progress.
  • When the order is delivered, the driver marks it as delivered, and the status updates automatically.
