Update Wigza Online Store Payment Details

1. Open your Wixar store branch settings 0:00
- Start by selecting the store connected to your Wixar branch.
- Go into Branch Settings.
- From there, choose Payments to access the payment configuration area.
2. Choose the payment provider and environment 0:21
- Select PayFast as the payment provider.
- Check whether you are editing the Sandbox or Live environment.
- The top section is for sandbox credentials.
- The bottom section is for live credentials.
3. Enter the required payment credentials 0:36
- For the environment you want to configure, enter:
- Merchant ID
- Merchant Key
- Passphrase
- Use the autofill URL and storefront fields if Wixar populates them automatically from your store.
- Make sure you are entering the details in the correct environment to avoid confusion.
4. Save your payment settings 1:06
- If you are working in sandbox, leave those settings as they are unless you need to test credentials.
- If you want to configure live, switch to the live section and fill in the live credentials at the bottom.
- When everything is complete, click Save Provided Details.
5. Alternative path to the same settings 1:15
- You can also reach the same payment settings from Wixar Store Management.
- Go to Currency and Payments.
- This opens the same Branch Settings > Payments area.
- Use this path if it is easier to find the payment configuration from the main store management menu.
