How do I add a new product or stock item to my inventory in Bizzfo?

You can add a new inventory item via the POS, the Hive, or in bulk.

Option 1 - Add a single item via the POS:

1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Inventory.
2. Click the “Add/Edit” button, or double-click any existing inventory item to open the Product View screen.
3. Select “New” and fill in the product details.
4. Click Save.

Option 2 - Add a single item via the Hive:

1. From your Hive Dashboard, navigate to Inventory -> Manage.
2. Select your warehouse and click the “+” button to add a new item.
3. On the Edit screen, select your branch and fill in the item details:
   • Linked Supplier
   • Product Name
   • Stock Codes
   • Pricing and Costing
4. To save the item across all stores, select “Apply changes to all warehouses”.
5. Click Save.

Option 3 - Bulk upload (recommended for multiple products):

1. Download the stock file template.
2. Fill in the required information for your products.
3. Import the completed file into the system via File -> Import -> Product from CSV template.

After adding items, you can further enhance them with modifiers, recipes, button links, or cascading options.
